Bill,
This issue was closed with no resolution. In the EI TC discussion today, you mentioned that the demand-bidding (as in OpenADR 1.0 contributed to EMIX) was NOT addressed. How come this was moved to resolved? 

The program construct and definition of demand bidding is described in the OpenADR 1.0. It relates to bidding of demand (power in kW or energy in kWh), which is different from price bidding examples. If it's not part of EMIX scope, please let me know.
