TEMIX probably works with a very constrained set of constraints. A tender, though, may be valif ofor a fixed period, or require five minutes notice, or be restricted to a maximum run-time of an hour....all of these are constraints.

It may be that some Market Contexts establish an especially restricted list of constraints.

The Constraints collection is in Temix, but can now occur 0 times.
