Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Updated: (EMIX-314) enumeration attributenames are not consistent; should all be UpperCamelCase

William Cox updated EMIX-314:
-----------------------------

    Fix Version/s: wd23
                       (was: wd20)
      Description:
The naming convention for the attributes (values) of an enum need to be typographically consistent across EMIX and EI (at least).

Most of these are UpperCamelCase.

For a case in point, TransactiveStateType has seven attributes, three of which have spaces in them (should have no spaces) and "Indication of Interest" is not in camel case even if the spaces are eliminated.
