Section starting line 496 would be improved by extended UML class and/or instance diagrams showing what is shown in Figure 7-1 (524) and in Table 7-2 (519). I realize that the inheritance of elements is not what is shown in UML class diagrams, but the relationships and the complexTypes need better illustration here.
