 This does require cleanup.

We  need to identify which party to an option transaction holds the right to exercise the option.  

We know which side is the buyer of the option transaction but not a specific party. In  EI the two parties to a transaction will be specific so that we can then identify a party as the buyer and the other as the seller of the option transaction.

In EMIX to specify the optionHolder who is the party with the right to excecise the option transaction,  one way to do this is to specify the OptionHolderSide as the Buy or the Sell side of the underlying transaction.  Then in EI it will be clear which party is the OptionHolder.

To avoid confusion we should drop discussion of OptionWriter, promisee and promisor.

So I recommend consistent use in the spec and schema of OptionHolderSIde as SideType (Buy,Sell) .
