My suggestions ( to fix a number of ills)

In Table 4-2

Party Type should be replaced by SIde as defined in Table 3-7

Line 444 a option is a financial instrument  ( delete "financial")

453: Table 4-3

Party Type should be replaced by SIde as defined in Table 3-7

Option Holder Side : Delete "Sometimes referred to as the Promissee"

Option Premium ; Change to "The Price paid by the Option Holder Side for the rights involved.

Option Strike Price: Change to "The price that the Option Holder Side pays to exercise the option.

Remove the Strike Price Row From the Table

Remove the Side row as it is above in the rewrite of the Party Type row as Side

458: Table 4-4.

Change Party Type row to Side per above.

788 Table 10-2

Change Option Holder row to
Option Holder Side : The side which enjoys the benefit of choosing whether to exercise the terms specified in the option.

Change Strike Price row to
Option Strike Price:  "The price that the Option Holder Side pays to exercise the option.

Exercise Lead Time : Change Specification "Expressed using the ―Minimum Notification 
Duration in Terms.  

Option Exercise Schedule : Change to : "Expressed using the  "Availability Schedule in Terms"

Please note my other suggestions to separate Terms related to Resources
