These are common terms, common to many markets and situations. As per the Chantilly agreement, (and numerous public meetings at the PAPs were launched) PAP03, 04 and 09 use common market terminology in preference to insular terms.

Different precise definitions are found in different markets, and such *market definition*  is explicitly out of scope for EMIX.
