If the product is getting caffeine so I can spend a late night with XML, McDonalds and Starbucks are fungible, identical products.

If the product is based on the the beans they are made from, well the word from the world of coffee marketting is McDonalds buys higher quality beans, and does not warehouse them for years...yet Starbucks gets a better price.

If the product is "Morning Coffee", the question is what I can do with Morning Coffee, which includes sitting in the local coffee house and sending email.

If the product is "Late Night Coffee", the question is what I can do with Late Night Coffee, and the local  coffee house has Tango demonstrations which make emailing untenable,

I would argue that in today's markets, and what I have installed, I can't do anything with 2:00 AM product but pour it on the ground...which is why the local wholesale price for 2:00 AM product is negative. At 2:00 PM it cools my house.

Product? I never want to buy Electricty, I never want to hold electricty...

I do want to attain the services that Electricity provides. Those services vary by time of day.
