I'm not familiar with the mathematical structure you're mentioning.  The offer curves however are ordered monotonically by MW Qty not Price.  

Regarding : Integral Only : If true, offer is all or none; no partial acceptance of this segment
If the offer is all or none, is there more than one segment?  

The line 1075 after the table should be removed, which states price is the basis for sorting

I'm not certain line 1076 adds much to the topic.  Describing what markets do with the offer curves.
