The coming and going of ws-calendar schema in our releases leading up to 
final is a bit of a concern.  Sometimes they are included in the EMIX 
zip, sometimes not.  If we are about to release a final 1.0 of EMIX, 
which version of the ws-calendar schema will we be pointing to (assume 
we are not including ws-calendar schema in the EMIX release) and how do 
we ensure those do not change out from under us or our users?  Will 
ws-calendar maintain (make consistently available) the same schema we 
reference  in the final EMIX 1.0?
