emix.xsd points to
http://schemas.opengis.net/gml/3.2.1/profiles/gmlsfProfile/2.0/gmlsfLevels.xsd
Following this link gives you a 404 error (file not found).

Do we need this?

What's strange is that it is the only declaration at the beginning of the emix.xsd schema under the heading "<!-- 1.0 Core EMIX objects-->".

There is no element, only annotation/appinfo:
