Motion 1 by <a TC member>
I move to approve all resolutions on issues in Closed state within
the Jira Project for EMIX.
(Consent item. As usual per Roberts Rules there is an opportunity
to split out specific issues for discussion and separate vote…with
the exception of the following issues…)
Motion 2 by <a TC member>
I move to approve all resolutions on issues in Applied state
within the Jira Project for EMIX, and to move those issues to
Closed state.

I move to issue OASIS Energy Market Information Exchange 1.0
Working Draft 34 and its associated XML artifacts packaged
together in the EMIX archive at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/42658/emix-1-0-wd34.zip
as EMIX Committee Specification Draft 03 and direct the Chair to
request that the TC Administrator process Working Draft 34 and its
associated XML artifacts and further direct the chair to perform
any actions required by the TC Administrator, including but not
limited to updating namespace document requests and submission
forms, to accomplish that issuance as soon as practicable.

I move to issue OASIS Energy Market Information Exchange 1.0
Committee Specification Draft 03 for a fifteen-day Public Review,
and direct the Chair and TC Administrator to perform the necessary
actions for that Public Review to start as soon as practicable.
