I see three classes of issues:
1) Market Context questions: Identified Object an Resource. A VEN/Resource combination shopuld presumably know its own name by the time it begins accepting bids. It should know (or be able to look up) the market name from the market cotnext. (WTC- do we nee a "Get Context Description that is passed a market context?)
2) Readings. These shouldn't come from inside, but are sent up to the market. I think these are defined adequately in EiFeedback. De we need new attributes for EiFeedback?
3) Billing period. This could be part of a Market Context, I guess.
