No integration standard can reflect the union of all submitted work. SEP2.0 has never been submitted to the technical comment and therefore could not be used, even if a single facility model were appropriate for a cross cutting specification. In any even, it cannot be caleld "reference material."

On the other hand, each facility model that has been brought to the table (through the PAP processes, Federal Register reviews, NAESB Consensus Standards) can be integrated with in the narrow area of focus of EMIX; that work is reflected in a recent technical note in draft form in the EMIX TC.

Work has been in progress to define IRC products in EMIX.

The proper statement is not "complement" but "work with"; those demonstrations are in procress.

Recommend accept with changes: the solicitation has taken place, and integration and functioning with markets and price communications at the appropriate level has been accomplished.
