By the processes of NAESB, NIST, SGIP, PAP03, and OASIS this standard provides useful communication of information in all markets that have been described and that reviewers have experience with, which is its intended purpose.

By addressing components of price and product definition, as in Ed Cazalet's comment, and with extensibility defined in the standard, all commercial markets and many other market designs that have been examined by stakeholders in all of these processes will have been raised by good faith review and comments.
