This is similar to, but not quite identical, to EMIX-511, except that the description is support for all markets.

The proposal calls for "known markets". The operators and participants in those markets have had ample opportunity to comment, raise issues, and demonstrate cross-domain information needs that are not addressed.

Joshua Phillips' comment is not specific; EMIX is an information model, not a means for conveying and acting on that information. The issue is representation, not how an information standard might be used.
