    Resolution: Modify document (see diffmarked wd37) to limit use of TEMIX where not required. Re-title TEMIX Profile Section to make clear that it is a profile from the title, not just the text.  

The standard (and common)( use of profiles as a strict subset and restriction on the base standard (EMIX) is followed in the specification.

We are addressing the information model; a specification such as Energy Interoperation uses the EMIX information model. In EI, Temix is not the sole communicator, it is a profile and subset of the information model--EMIX artifacts are in the payload.

So if you use only a portion of EMIX in defining (say) clearing prices, you may or may not be using the same set of items that TEMIX uses - this is an application choice that the information model supports, as would any information model of this kind.
