Description:
IRC information outlined multiple information fields that are used during registration, evaluation, and deployment of the resource.
Addition of Fields used by ISO's and RTO's in registering and deploying demand response and energy storage resources. E.G. is it Real Time flag, Day Ahead Flag, Gen ID, NERC Control Area etc.

Resolution:
Registration and Enrollment are not part of the information model. Additional information that may be needed for a particular implementation is addressed by extensibility and evolvability in the specification and schemas.
This is an Energy Interoperation issue, not the core price information model. The flags mentioned are related to what market may be involved (e.g. day ahead, five minute, etc) or management issues outside the scope of EMIX (e.g. NERC Control Area). See the abstract types for extensibility in Energy Interoperation.
