Regular EMIX Meeting Request for Outlines of Notes

EMIXers :
 
At Thursday's  EMIX Regular Meeting (attendance counts for voting rights) we
intend to work on the Committee Notes.
 
The chairs are asking that the lead on each note prepare at least a detailed
outline to be sent to the list by Wednesday COB or before so that we can
discuss each at the Thursday EMIX meeting.
 
Below is the list of notes (excluding those we have deferred) .  The first
named lead person is assumed to be responsible for the outline or
coordinating the outline with the other leads.
