Products are products, not defined by time, characteristics etc.  EMIX defines products with the use of attributes, never defining what a product is.

2	Issue	Throughout document and schema	Throughout document and schema	Reserves as Options	The IRC does not see the benefit of re-phrasing widely understood concepts for reserves.  See the NAESB, CIM and IRC submitted work where reserves are products not options.  

3	Issue	Temix Profile		Profiles should be in anappendix or preferably as a secondary document. The sole inclusion of Temix expresses a committee acceptance as this is the preferred method	Remove Temix from the document into a separate appendix.
