WTC radio silence

Bill Cox is without power in New Jersey, although he hopes to have it again by Wednesday. This means limited communication about smart energy as he huddles in stygian darkness, warming his cell phone battery in his palms to try to get a charge for another call.

 

Do not be surprised if he misses a call, or is less able to answer when called.
