The cited references do not themselves define product as described by the comment. We have experts on the IEC TC57 CIM as TC members, and have closely examined the NAESB documents contributed to and produced for the TC. In addition we have previously been told to look in the NERC glossary.
We have requested not merely for a reference, but a specific reference and text that is requested to be changed. This comment , reasserted from earlier Public Reviews, is non-responsive in that no specific action is requested.
This is the same issue raised on earlier Public Review Drafts, and has been resolved each time. A section was added describing various definitions of product at IRC request in an earlier public review (SEE EMIX-441)
