I'll insert links in the morning -- I just got back from the NIST Smart
Grid Workshop; at least Toby, Rish, and Ed are traveling, and David
Holmberg will not be available for the meeting.  Given the timing and
others' vacations, we may have difficulty reaching quorum this week. In
that case the vote will be next week.

I'll be checking attendance and status so members who have missed two
consecutive meetings are set to non voting ("Member") status. You can
restore voting rights by attending two consecutive meetings. This is a
rapidly converging process to assure quorum at meetings.

The written reports are not yet complete for the NIST Smart Grid Standards
Workshop August 3 and 4; we'll share a readout--many of our members were
there. There are many interesting developments.

Note that the scheduled time is one hour; we'll move to the 90-120 minute
time as we move into high gear.
