| FYI, the official process is:
1. the TC moves to request the TC Admin to conduct a Special Majority ballot to approve joining the member section. 2. If that ballot passes, TC Admin will forward a request for a Special Majority ballot to be conducted by the member section steering committee. 3. If that ballot passes, you're in :)
