From this group, Ed Koch, David Holmberg, Toby Considine, Sila Kiliccote, Evan Wallace, Mary Ann Piette, William Cox, and Gale Horst (in the order I found them on the web site) are presenting or chairing sessions. I don't have co-author information readily to hand.
