Please note:

If you were one of the many people who sent a condensed nugget of superb explanatory writing that got lost when the next person to do so sent me a draft with the chapters entirely re-arranged, I am not surprised. Let me know "You left out my section on the societal value of DR in Foodstocks in section 3.7-3.76 of the 2008-11 draft)

I tried not to make such errors of omission, but the editing process we were using made them inevitable.

To me, one of the biggest questions is do we have the schema sub-sections properly laid out. If so, we can begin backfilling them from the original OpenADR, from the NAESB contributions, and from thin air.

We will also discuss how to work on the specification going forward so we can better divide and conquer.
