Subject: Moving forward from WD08

This upload is of the PDF only. When referring others to our work, we'll point to the PDF working drafts.

We've directed our Technical Editors to split the uploads, so we have

    (a) A PDF of the current WD
    (b) A Word Doc of the current WD

To which I would add an option
    (c) A PDF with marked changes from the previous WD [where it makes sense].

Thanks for a useful meeting -- and remember to follow the information below for change requests.

We'll start posting action items from the meeting soon.

I've separately posted the PDF from the WD08 ZIP archive that Toby
uploaded.

Please make your comments with respect to the line numbers in this
document, and when posting on the email list identify
(1) Line Number(s) and Section
(2) Specific proposed changes
(3) Justification

We're working on getting a tracking tool for our change requests and
managements -- thanks to Toby for getting us to where that will make
sense!
