Document Description:
This document is offered as a contribution to Section 4 of Energy Interop
Working Draft 08.

Transactional Energy is based on communication of offers and transactions
among buyers and sellers.  Buyers and sellers may be generators, loads, and
storage with metered delivery, or traders with no actual delivery and
metering.

The information models described herein follow the current EMIX information
model working draft 03 (but not exactly).

This revision (1) translates the paper into OASIS White Paper Format, (2)
responds to suggestions following the extensive discussion of the paper at
the April 1, 2010 eMIX meeting, (3) responds to suggestions by Ann Hendry
emailed after that meeting, and (4) adds some examples at then end of the
document.
