Toby has updated the draft standard to the structure we've discussed, and
made other changes including in the normative use of WS-Calendar and EMIX.
See the notes in the document posting this evening.

Now that the NAESB Energy Usage work is headed into Public Review, we'll
discuss briefly how that work and model will be useful for Energy Interop. 
The interaction with Measurement and Verification in the DR space is of
particular interest, as well as load forecasting and history.

We'll close with a discussion of model issues; I will post a document prior
to the meeting.
