Well, I just checked to make sure I uploaded the right stuff… The Word and the PDF in
Each include a listing for the Secretary… Page 4, after the Notices is “Notes for Reviewers”. The TC voted that the Public Review draft must include internal comments to direct reviewers, to get wider input.
