Many comments in EMIX raise issues about the clarity of terminology. The resolution for (e.g.) Issue EMIX-280 is as follows. The same approach, and preferably the same words, should be used in both EMIX and Energy Interoperation.
Quoting the resolution of EMIX-280 in the Resolution for this issue.
Applying the resolution requires coordination among the two TCs.
