Subject: Please look at ENERGYINTEROP-513 - registration, VEN/VTN relationship

WRT http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/ENERGYINTEROP-511 - we
need more clarity on establishing VEN/VTN relationships; we've had
earlier on-list discussions about discovery mechanisms, but the
sense of the group seemed to be "post 1.0". Please look at the Jira item, WD28, and post comments on both what canceling registration means (does it affect existing VEN/VTN relationships?) and the establishing/discovery of [potential] VEN/VTN relationships. Thanks! bill --
