Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Created: (ENERGYINTEROP-570) Improve Semantics of signalPercent
Improve Semantics of signalPercent ---------------------------------- Key: ENERGYINTEROP-570 URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/ENERGYINTEROP-570 Project: OASIS Energy Interoperation TC Issue Type: Improvement Environment: Toby Considine Reporter: Toby Considine Assignee: William Cox One of the signals, signalPercent has very muddy semantics. It is currently a float, but w/o special pleading its meaing and use is unclear. Percent generally is divided by a 100 and them multiplied by its base. For this comment, assume it only makes sense between 0% and 100%, although clearly greater than 100 and even negative numbers could make sense. Is this number - a number between 0 and 100? - a number between 0 and 1? - something else? -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
