        On Monday morningg, I will publish 32 of the schemas, with all the changes . bugfixes suggested over the weekend. THis is semtnically and logically complete, except for some (expected) payload details still under way.

Change Log for WD31

*** WIP1 ***
When I Unified all Stream Types in WIP30, I eliminated reportInterval,
signalInterval, and baselineInterval. Thise leaves only the StreamInterval
which is abstract, and therefore cannot be used. WIP1 re-introduces the
eitc:interval, concreate subtype of streamInterval, for use in all ei
streams.

I have received a couple other reports of small issues, which will be
addressed, as soon as I get all reports. This one, though, was a
show-stopper for code generators.

Also, included icalendar-streams-extensions which I forgot in WIP30. It has
no changes.

Documentation sketechts, is a schema use to make useful simplified sketches
for documentation. It has no normative purpose, but is included because it
may be useful to others on the TC.
