I took Peter Brown's comment (the only one in the 60 day review), fixing the references to SOA-RAF, and corrected a couple of typos to produce

So you can get an advance look at the non-substantive version that is input to Toby's edits; this is IMO very similar to what will come out of the EITC editing process. We may need to update reference formats, or perhaps TC Admin will do that for us. This is to help you prepare for the Special Majority Vote coming up soon.

As you can see, I posted it in Contributions.

Next steps appear to be:

(0) Post an official WD including these changes
(1) Do a Special Majority Vote (7 day) to approve the non-substantive changes
(2) Immediately notify TC Admin to start the Member ballot

I will separately contact members with voters to canvass.
