        In all the excitement, I left the artifacts (WSDL and XSD) our of the final final final zip of the entire thing.

Oops.

Its one thing if the creek rises, it's another thing if the editor stops to go for a swim.

Description
COS01 with non-substantive revisions.

Normative and non-normative references to OASIS specs edited to meet
current format.
EMIX and WS-Calendar references updated to indicate Committee Spec (rather
the CSD)
Updated reference to latest draft of VAVAILABILITY
SOA-RA changed to SOA-RAF at request fo that TC
Formatting of all references made consistent.
Only change from WD40 is to make footer date match title page date.
Changes document is against COS01 (still). By popular request, I set diifs
to ignore microformatting differences in tables, lists. Ignored changes in
TOC, TOI, TOT so that substance only was shown.
