EMIX and CTS and Schemas

Current drafts of the CTS Schemas reference the original EMIX schemas. 

I wrote a first drafts of the section describing Resources / Products / Instruments yesterday. That led to thoughts of conformance and conformance statements--conformance with EMIX and WS-Calendar as well as with Energy Interop. That led to thoughts of profiling EMIX for CTS. 

Some parts of the EMIX schemas for Power and for Energy include some things that would never fit into CTS. For example, EMIX for Block Power will never fit into CTS. Do we need to develop a restriction schema for EMIX. I am considering to be a restriction, cutting things out that don't fit.  I would need to keep notes of what I cut away.
