Please be ready to discuss and approve sections 2, (tables 2.1, 2.2) and all of new section 3.

Editor has highlighted significant changes that need approval in Pink in section 3

You can ignore Sections after 3 until we get these approved.

Some tightening of Section 1 has occurred, mostly more consitent discussion of Actor model. Unless you have something big, submit changes to section 1 to the list, so we can work to get consensus on sections 2, 3 next meeting.
