Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (ENERGYINTEROP-674) Hiding from Actors
Toby Considine created ENERGYINTEROP-674: -------------------------------------------- Summary: Hiding from Actors Key: ENERGYINTEROP-674 URL: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/ENERGYINTEROP-674 Project: OASIS Energy Interoperation TC Issue Type: Bug Environment: https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/energyinterop-comment/202111/msg00000.html Trevor Hardy, PNNL Reporter: Toby Considine Assignee: William Cox page 16 line 273 Doesn't the nature of the matching engine define the nature of the messages needing to be exchanged? Submitting tenders to an order book can require the communication of different information than that of a double-auction (point price-quantity pairs vs full supply or demand curves). Doesn't this require that the Actors are aware of this when submitting messages? I don't understand how "this complexity is hidden from the Actors". -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.3.3#803004)
