[entity-resolution] minutes from ER TC telecon 20030225

Present: Norm, Normand, David, Ardo, Paul, Lauren, Mark

Issues: sent by Mark. The TC agrees that Mark's suggestions are 
valuable and should be incorporated, to help avoid confusion between 
system and uri entries. Norm will incorporate those by March 14th. We 
will discuss the issue of OASIS standard after that.

Norm and Mark are discussing the idea of a tutorial or implementation 
guide offlist. The TC agreed to make this a work product of this TC; 
precise status to be decided later. It will be a separate document to 
the specification. Mark will post his proposal to the ER TC mailing 
list as a starting point.

Since Kavi won't be rolled out until March, Norm will update the ER 
web page in the meantime.
