suggest postponing tomorrow's phone meeting

Since we don't have a new draft, and have seen no results from Norm 
and Mark discussing the implementation guide, I propose that we 
postpone the phone call we were going to have tomorrow.

How does April 22nd suit everyone? Same time (11 am Pacific)?

Comments on the email I forwarded from Daniel Veillard would be 
welcome in the meantime, of course ;-)

Also, Mark, could you post your proposal for the implementation guide 
as promised last meeting?
