XML Catalogs Tutorial??

Hi All,

IIRC, both Lauren and I volunteered to provide some sort of outline
for a tutorial-like document for XML Catalogs.

Well, I haven't yet done anything on this and won't be able to for
a few months. Most of my free time is getting eaten up by my Debian
work on, you guessed it, implementing XML Catalogs. Also on registering
my packages in the XML catalog system. But I digress.

Lauren: do you have the time to produce a skeleton of an outline
for such a tutorial in the next month or so?

If so, I'd be happy to build upon your submission as time permits.

Just wondering...
