I know these calls are not happening very often at the present, and so I was
very much hoping to attend.  Unfortunately (in terms of participating in
this telecon) I have been sent away to a W3C WS-Choreography face-to-face
meeting in Redwood Shores (near San Francisco), so have to offer my regrets.

The main goal of the call is to review our charter, see if it still fits
based on the changing landscape over the past six to twelve months, and
determine the best ways to continue moving forward.

. Review charter of EPS TC charter
. Review progress to date
. Discuss the best approach to moving forward, specifically, getting
additional (working) members and discussing how to attack various areas of
our charter:
  . Review of existing global eprocurement standards (Government, Industry,
and other OASIS TCs)
  . Identify and liaise with organizations that have developed standards and
see which ones "fit" into government and industry, and which ones might work
together
  . Identify the key eprocurement processes and procedures necessary to
procure items
  . Map standards to identify gaps
  . Make recommendations to OASIS on how to proceed.
