Does not yet include _expression_ types needed to express dependencies on Activity state which is needed for dependencies.
Check if there are readily available applicable XML based _expression_ languages that would not need string parsing.
Proximity-operator for locations would be useful.
Perhaps add simple arithmetic operations.
Specify short-circuit evaluation for Conjunction and Disjunction.
