Subject: RE: TC Meeting Minutes

Bill,

Note looks fine to me.

I agree it is important that we get the OASIS site up-to-date ASAP.
According to Mary McRae of OASIS the FAQs are maintained by their IT
staff and once approved by the TC should be sent to Carol Geyer who is
responsible for reviewing the content and ensuring they are uploaded to
the site.

I assume we can now do this.

Regards

Steve

Subject: TC Meeting Minutes

Dear all

Dave Richardson has produced the attached for us. Please review and if

agreed accurate it can be uploaded to the minutes section of our TC
area.
I noticed others taking notes. Have you anything to add?

If I recall correctly there are rules requiring TC members to not miss

more than a prescribed number of consecutive tele-conferences, so I
expect that there will be a mechanism for recording that meetings have

taken place and who has attended each one.

Roger - in email postings on 10th Jan on the TC list, the mechanism for

getting the FAQ posted to the FAQ section is clarified - has that been

followed up? The FAQ is still not in the FAQ section.

Both the above beg a further question - which of us is responsible for
TC
site maintenance? Should one of us be tasked specifically with licking
it
into good shape and timely maintenance thereafter? That needn't
necessarily be the TC secretary. Risk otherwise of everyone leaving it

for someone else to do. Thoughts?

Regards
Bill
