Document Description:
The Electronic Forestry Industry Data Draft (eFIDS) is designed to
facilitate electronic trading within the forestry industry. The schema
provides an XML framework that allows a variety of different trading
documents to be used between various parties, for example: Delivery Notes,
Invoices, Self-Bill Invoices, Advice Notes. The schema does not define the
documents themselves but simply provides the framework for the documents
and their corresponding data. Hence there is no XML element called
"Delivery Note" but there is an element whose function is to contain the
descriptor for a Delivery Note.
