Title: Matters Arising from FESC Meeting on 7 June 2004

Hi All

As part of the action items from today's meeting that was held at 8:30am (Singapore Time), here is this email.

I would like to draw your attention that the Functional Elements Requirements, Working Draft 01 has been uploaded on 31 May 2004 and attached in this email. This document will be the basis for the identification of FEs in the Functional Elements Specification, Working Draft 01 scheduled to be released on 25 June 2004. These are inline with the workplan of the FESC discussed on 28 April 2004 (New Orleans).

As the next step, it is now very important that all the TC members help to improve this document further with your invaluable inputs and refinements in time for the next draft that is scheduled for release on 28 Jul 2004. Contributions and comments of any kind are appreciated, but I would like to draw your attention to the following that is definitely still lacking in Working Draft 01:

- Section 2.1: Management [footnote in Pg 7]
At the moment under "Resources", services and data/information are not discussed extensively and requirements articulation is not complete

- Section 2.3: Delivery [Pg 15]
Delivery of form (1) and (2) are not articulated in this draft. Appreciate inputs from members on this, especially on form (2)
