Dear Chai Hong,

Thanks for your attention to our comments. Since I am new to the SC, I
don't know if these comments are appropriate relevant. I'm sorry if
they're not. As you said the Requirements document is a supporting
document, I agree to your suggestion that those related standards are
addressed in a separate section under the Specification document.

Your work is definitely beneficial to practitioners who implements WS.
Internally, we are studying how to make use of your framework to
implement our technology and solutions. Please let me know if there is
anything we can contribute to your SC.

>First of all we would like to thank you for reading and providing feedback for the FESC Requirement document. We would like to stress that this Requirement document is a supporting document for the Functional Elements Specification and as such we did not provide any reference to other OASIS and W3C standards and specifications. They are referenced only in the Functional Elements Specification under the section Related Technologies and Standards.
>If you feel strongly that these should also be included in the Requirement document, we would appreciate if you could tell us where and how they should be included? Also we are compiling all feedbacks for audit purposes and therefore would appreciate very much if you could send your previous feedback during the meeting through the "Send A Comment" button in the OASIS web site.
>Thank you and looking forward to your reply.
>Best Regards,
