[geolang-comment] Online language code listings

The following references are perhaps unnecessary on this
list, but just in case...

The Ethnologue and EMELD Project web sites have recently
put up revised pages for language code listings, including
mappings between various schemes.  It's likely that a
set of four-character codes will be proposed soon (from
a relevant ISO TC).
