Hey, sounds like it might be a good starter for a Diplomacy sub-committee
project!

Certainly relevant as far as currency, publicity, funding, and generality
across cultures go! 

(The Washington Post 29 July article Ranjeeth pointed out gives some general
information about one new agency for such things.)

Would also help see what we do and don't want/need to do ourselves, while
serving as an example for how to provide interpretive labels for specific
groups' enterprises while avoiding stepping on everybody's toes.
